Meet Attorney Ivan Burghard
Ivan Burghard is a hands-on lawyer who isn't content to practice law behind a desk. He often travels to accident scenes to better understand what happened and reconcile the different accounts of an accident. He also works with experts who can provide credible evidence to support your case.
From his law offices in Hattiesburg and Brookhaven, he handles a wide range of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and other civil and criminal law cases. Mr. Burghard is one of only two lawyers in Mississippi who handle federal workers' compensation cases.
